CANCELLATION

Cancellation is applicable only before the shipping of the item. An order can not be cancelled if the order has already been shipped. However, returns will still be applicable according to our policies.

 

RETURNS (7 Days Return Policy)

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible so we've designed our policies to be customer friendly and with better experience. The return window lasts for 7 days (starting from the date of successful delivery). We won't be accepting returns/replacement after completion of return/replacement window. Order would be only eligible for a return if the product(s) are unused and are in the same condition that you have received. It must also be in the original packaging and freebies. NOTE: Returns can only be initiated on prepaid orders. We have the sole discretion to approve OR reject your return request.

 

EXCHANGE

If customer wishes to exchange the product with any other colour or any different product, then the customer has to pay ₹99 extra as exchange/replacement cost. Pickup and delivery of exchange order would be initiated by us. Customer would be updated before initiating the exchange procedure.

For exchange if the original product is priced lower than the exchanged product: we will ask for the balance payment, payable through a link that we will share during the process.
If the original product is priced higher than the exchanged product price, we will refund the balance amount in the original payment mode.

 

REFUND

You can get a refund in the original payment mode within 7 to 10 working days (depends on bank holidays). The Minimum timeline for refund is 7 working days & maximum 10 working days. If still in rare situation you do not get your refund, you can then email us or reach via our contact us page.

NOTE: We charge return handling fee on return shipping from the customer i.e. Rs.50 per order. Where customer can decline this & ship the order back to us at our provided address i.e. Bachat Club, Tower A8, Signature Global Solera, Sector 107, Gurugram, Haryana, India, Pin Code: 122505.

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

In such cases, our terms are strict and we require that items received by the customer should not be installed or used. All the items delivered inside the package should be returned, anything found missing in the same order will not get returned or replaced. If a product has a defect or damage in transit, we would take full responsibility and replace the product with a new one without any question asked.
